The Sahara Desert

 

This map of Africa shows politically that the Sahara lies largely in Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Mauritania, Mali, Niger, Chad, and Sudan. Once one country would accept a reasonable payment for land that has no real use to them, others would follow. Not only for the original payment but also for what this large world investment would bring to their people. 

 

The African continent has all that is needed to be as worthy of progress, it has the means and the human resource to compete in the world, as well as any body. If this venture is ever considered it must be carried out with the concerns of the environment uppermost in its architect’s minds. It must be an endeavor that would nourish Mother Nature not just take from her, as it always has seemed in the past.
